  1. As the title says, I'm looking for a way to reset the admin password on a Dallmeier. Customer doesn't know the password and the original installer can not be reached after numerous attempts.

    Thanks for the reply. Getting March tech support in Australia is not so easy, we would probably have more success flying to their Canadian office before receiving a return phone call. IT believes it's not an IT issue. So the saga continues...

    Hi Guys, I am using VideoSphere Investigator and Admin console to connect and review footage on 4000C series DVR's. I have recently encountered a problem with saving clips on my laptop. I have narrowed down the fault to local security policies on my laptop that our company has updated. As a result everytime I run Investigator I get a line under the File menu that says "Quick investigation - Read only". I am assuming the software has detected that it does not have the right privleges to write to the local disc. Can anyone shed some light on this issue? T.I.A George

  5. Can anyone help me with a link to the free software for the KMC4400R. I got the card from a customer but can't find the software online. It says it comes free with the card. If anyone has a copy it would be appreciated. Cheers in advance.
  6. i had the same issue - I installed four IR bullet cams on each of the four pillars looking out the opposite windows - 4 Ch mobile DVR runs on 12vdc - ignition mod relay, so when the car was switched off the DVR operated - then used a wireless broadband modem with static IP. Park your car - Load your web browser (and your 12 gauge) - and wait.
