  1. Does IP Cam # 2 show on the local Monitor? You do not need to do port forwarding for the IP Cams, only the DVR.
  2. With Dahua NVR you can, you can set Main/Normal Stream to 30 FPS and Motion Stream to 15 FPS and set Schedule to Record Motion Stream and your live view will be the normal Stream.
  3. Try enabling everything and test. Then uncheck them one at a time and see which one is responsible for remote live view. I believe it maybe "LocalOut"
  4. Could you post a screen shot of the email setting screen? The manual doesn't show anything about email setting.

    PAL to NTSC

if you take a look at the ftp site it tells you how. what you have to remember is firmware is not the OS it is just for adding fix patches for bugs. you can only use PAL firmware for PAL or NTSC for NTSC or it will just hang if you look on serial plate you should see PAL or NTSC and some even have SECOM this is its OS for its region. you can get a region flash from there FTP but it take a few hours and even then that has problems . some dahua do and can run in either no firmware needed its tick box on first startup or in menu "if you take a look at the ftp site"?

    PAL to NTSC

This is a good topic to research. My reason is that I have installed PAL Firmware to there IP Cams which was originally NTSC and then back.

    Mini Outdoor Security Camera? HELP?!

I have these, Golf Ball Size Domes.
  14. I don't think what you are trying to accomplish is possible. What you can do is use the 2 x Composite video in's, or 1 Composite & 1 VGA video in and switch back and fort. You can also use a Quad Splitter, but that will give you a four way split with two views showing 4 cameras each, which in my opinion is useless. see Below.
  15. Are you trying to view them both at the same time? What monitor are you using?

Camera is blurry during night time - help

That's IR Reflection. You need to add something between the lens and the cover. (I used black foam)

    Dahua DVR Settings

You are more than likely exceeding the system capabilities of FPS/Resolution. Try setting all channels to D1 with the FPS at 7.
  25. Did you set the Camera to notify you when there is motion or are you using an external motion sensor? You can setup the detection zone in the camera see below.
