    Yes, use WiFI ip cameras. The default range is from 10 to 100m, but if you need more you can use directional WIFI antennas.

    And if it is USB2 than not even 2 meters. I have heard of B/W usb cameras with 1 Megapixel resolution for a ATMs and wending machines.

    I don't see a problem. Using "ip video system design tool" it shows the bandwidth for 8 such cameras with 25 FPS MJPG is just about 250 MBit/s. All 1Gb network can easily handle bandwidth bellow 500 Mbit/s.

    As far as I know Apple also doesn't support Adobe Flash. And they have App Store to control the software for I Phones.
