I am the Auatralian distributor of Panasonic CCTV products. The easy fix is to use a password. Panasonic has released the new reange of IP cameras with a prompt to configure the password so there is no default one left in the system. You can also lock puplic users down to not be able to move the camera and there is a privacy function that disables all viewing by paning the lens into the camera shell.
