  1. We are in the process of reconfiguring our NVR and for some reason the cameras are having a hell of a time connecting to the NVR. I am looking for someone to reach out and help get me through this mess. Any takers? ------- Update 1: I believe I got a couple of them figured out... I found the IP Address Filter under Security on a couple of the cameras which got those moving. I am still fighting a few more cameras that are giving me "Network Abnormal" errors...
  2. We have 2 Hikvision NVR's I am trying to connect to IVMS-4200. They were both connecting Monday and today, on one of the NVR's, nada. The ports are forwarding correctly, everything is setup properly on the NVR and in IVMS. I can connect to the NVR via IE but not through IVMS. The logs show a successful handshake on the NVR but then a reset packet is instantly sent after the connection. The firmware is up to date. No changes have been made to the Firewall, switches or to the NVR. Error Code 73 on iVMS-4200, installed locally.
  3. I have a Hikvision DS-7616NI-E2 / 16P with 3.4.96 build 171128 firmware. I am trying to add another camera but keep getting a Network Unreachable error on the NVR and in iVMS-4200 it is error 1602. "Camera is disabled or not connected. Error code iVMS-4200.Video.C.exe[1602].)" I have tried multiple configurations within the NVR and iVMS neither method provides any promising results. If I go to the camera IP, I can see the stream just fine. It just wont connect to the NVR like I need it to. I have 10 functional cameras running but have 3 more to get connected which is proving to be a total pain in the r45 jack. Anyone have any guides or info they can send this way to help me get these things running? The camera I am working with right now is a HES328-TD-2.8.
  4. We bought 2 of these Amazon Cameras and the vendor will not reply to support requests. So, I am hoping I can get some help here. We have a networked NVR with 8 other cameras on it, all of them working just like they are supposed to. I connected these cameras to the network and I am able to see the cameras in SADP but not able to access them. There is no factory reset button on the boards and no troubleshooting info on the vendor site. Any tools or methods I can use to troubleshoot and get into these cameras?
