Problem solved. Thanks for reminding me tomcctv, was very helpful. I already went online found an app to reset password with "safecode" which in my case is found by clicking the question mark next to password on the log in screen. Good job.

Hello, I'm new here so thanks for having me. I bought a dvr few years ago for my sister. It's called govision h.264 (I can't find many details about it). She forgot the password and now the system it's blocked. I found a general information online which it is working for more brands and platforms but it doesn't work on mine or at least I can't make it work. My question is, anyone know how to reset the dvr to factory settings? I tried with the battery and with telnet , with the last one I can't even get into the system. Any instructions or videos on how to would be appreciated.
