I think the manual means to hold in the 123 and 4 button to reset I also have my own problem with accessing the dvr through the router, dont know if its something to do with protocals or baud rates, I cant get a hard wired link or net access, do you have any ideas? Is the netveiwer default user and pass 'admin'? Thanks Dan
