Looking for 30FPS at D1 and Hardware H.264 Compression

I'm looking to do a DVR with home automation. So I'm looking for a DVR card with the following features...

 

8 or 16 channels per card but up to 32 channels per PC with multiple cards

30FPS NTSC each channel at D1 resolution

Hardware H.264 compression

1 Audio input per channel (with optional card)

1 DI and 1 DO per card (with optional card)

 

 

So far I only found Alnet System makes such card. GeoVision and AVerMedia does not support Hardware H.264 compression. Does anyone know any other brand that has such features?
