Where can i get the software for fasttrace system

My boss has a fasttrace unit and people use to monitor for us remotely but now he has not renewed the contract due to them not monitoring it properly.

 

What i want to know is how do i monitor the cameras remotely i have looked on the router and see it had a IP address assigned too the fasttrace but i can t access it.

 

Do i need software and if so where can i buy it from?

 

Or can i port in a local ip address with port number andview it via Interet Explorer.
