Rio_Grande 0 Posted July 4, 2009 I have a new AverMedia NV5000 that we use in an interview room. I can export the video file with audio and play it on the avermedia software however when I attempt to burn the video to a disk or play with an outside viewer I do not have audio. mateck8888 0 Posted July 8, 2009 anyone there? Can you tell me what you exported to? You should have had an option. Export to .mpg, .avi or .dvr. Which did you choose? When you say you can "play it on the avermedia software", what software are you talking about? Do you just mean that you can play the .mpg or .avi file on your Aver CPU? What outside viewer are you trying to play the file on? Windows Media Player? Some more detail, and maybe we can figure something out. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
