jdbsolutions 0 Posted January 16, 2010 Hello i am just new to this forum i am looking for some advice i am a cctv trade installer and own http://www.jdbsolutions.co.uk. I currently install CBC Europe Ganz DVRs and use Video Viewer Software. I have a problem with installing on a vista machine the software loads but does not load the camera screen. C.O.P. 0 Posted January 16, 2010 Hello JDB, Did you try the "Run as Administrator" option? If not, be sure you run the setup/install as administrator also. Maybe try a drive update or rollback. Whenever something runs on one of my XP machines but gives me a hard time on my Vista machines, it's usually one or both of the problems above. I hear the 64 bit versions (you didn't specify 32 or 64) are totally different animals but may still be worth trying the above. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
