megryan 0 Posted April 12, 2010 I have had this unit sitting around for some time now and someone wants to buy it. I don't have any of my old paperwork (the unit is at least 2 years old) and when I plugged it in, it was still set up to my old configuration and working properly. I hit restore to factory and since then, the image on screen has been moving vertically across the screen. What happened and why is the unit suddenly not working? jjsafeware 0 Posted April 13, 2010 Sounds like NTSC / PAL issue. The DVR's factory setting could be different from what you have on display. Does the DVR support VGA? If so, then use VGA to reconfigure the display setting. Keep it safe! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
