signal loss when splitting camera

hi dears,

i am new to this forum. i have one problem in my cctv project.

first i will explain the system.we have four cameras on the site.and 4 channel pc based dvr.and 32 channel switcher.the cameras are fourth floor. and pc based dvr also fourth floor.32 channel switcher in the ground floor.now wt i am facing the problem when i connect cameras to dvr and switcher dvr monitor its giving little waves when lift is running.and switcher its getting more disturbed.that is giving more noisy picture.if i remove either one thats ok.i want to connect both.

i need good picture on both.please help me if you can?

It looks, that you have ground loop problems.....
