Lone IT Manager with a big building

Hello All,

 

I am an IT Manager in Hawaii, I will be doing a major upgrade to our existing system (~58 cameras now) by adding 22 more cameras, 2 new DVR's and also moving our system to a new location in the building. I am going to try to document this as best as I can so that others may criticize me and or learn from me. I will hopefully be updating it daily, but who knows.

welcome kd5vmo. bit of a harsh intro ...... but i will look forward to learning from you. would be nice to know what equipment and cameras you are intending to use. we will only criticize if you buy cameras from crap-cheap-cameras.com or worse ebay
