milkman 0 Posted April 3, 2011 Hello, I have a customer who uses a Geovision GV800 system with nine cameras to monitor his business VIA the web using the RemoteView software. Lately there has been some issues where the Web, Mcast and TCP services will all be disabled automatically. Seems like almost weekly he will have to call for me to come back out and re-enable these services so he can monitor the cameras again. There appears to be no evidence of anything malfunctioning and the system is on a backup battery in case of power failure. I did not set this system up, so I really don't know that much about it. The person who did seems to have it kinda locked down as far as changing settings. Is this a software bug or symptoms or a particular problem? Thanks for your help! Campbell 0 Posted April 13, 2011 Starting off with the most basic of basic. The option to start those services on boot are selected aren't they? Could it be that the server is restarting for some reason and those options aren't checked? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
