CHoffman 0 Posted June 17, 2011 I have an installer whom decided not to install the waterproof coupler on an IP7361..... needless to say 6 months later the camera went out....couldnt connect. I go and inspect...sure enough the connector coming from the camera to the cat5 has corroded to the point of shorting out (running POE). I am wondering if anyone has info on getting just the cable for this camera. It wont be a warranty thing, unless the warranty covers idiot techs who dont install correctly. It is a simple plug in to the camera....hopefully it didnt short the camera......... I will try Vivotek on Monday..... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
