How do i find data recovery?

Hi All,

 

i am a beginner user and i have incidents and i wanted to find data about 2 weeks ago.

The problem is my hardisk space already fulled and the data/video overwrite about 2 weeks ago.

 

can i still find the overwrite data? or can i do data recovery?

if so, can you please advise me ?

If the data has already been overwritten, there is no way to recover it.

This is mostly true, now recovery would cost a lot more and the data is probably not worth the cost.
