Recommended Posts

Hello guys, I have bought this network camera: AXIS M3114 Network Camera

It works very fine, but i'd like to embed this camera in my website.

Probably, if it has an RTSP stream, you can use VLC media player to embed it onto your website. You have to have a computer running as a server running VLC running as the RTSP server. Ask Rory on here for details, he has done it.

Hello guys!

Thank to your help, i have been able to embed it and works perfectly!

Is there a way to limit the access to 10 IP at time ?

I mean:

let say that 10 people enter the cam, when the 11th wants to access, it appears a message that stops him.

and after 5 minutes, the camera disconnects all the previous 10 people and allow 10 new people ?

and than after 5 minutes again the previous 10 can enter again...

how can be done such a system ?!

You would need to do this using server side scripting if the camera server does not support it.

Eg. log each visit based on session.

When each session times out minus total connected users etc.

You need a developer that can work with the web server you use.

Or learn the code yourself
