Camera Issues

Recommended Posts

Hello there.

I am running two cameras from one 12V 1A adapter and was working fine until I had switch the power off as I was running some tests. Upon turning the power back on, one of the cameras (a Sanyo) had gone very garbled which continued on screen even when the power was off again.

I'm slightly confused about the situation and would appreciate any help from any technical and professional from this board.

hi. if you still have the image when camera is switched off. then the first thing to do is pull the power out from your dvr and leave it for 5 mins. connect power to cameras then switch your dvr back on

Hello.

It seems to be only one of the cameras, all the rest work fine. So I'm not sure if it's the DVR or some kind of static that has built up on the camera side of things.

Camera has IRC filter? Perhaps it was damaged during the experiment You mention? And ICR filter is now on all the time, even though camera operates in b/w, or otherwise? Can You explain how picture looks like exactly?
