H.264 Network DVR cannot boot.

Hello all, merry xmas to All... Wish have happy moment with family. Ok here i have new H.264 Network DVR, it cannot boot to camera view. I click on REBOOT button, then all this happen ;(.

A happy moment with the family and the dvr? Somehow I think that would be a happy moment for you.

 

Do you see anything on the screen when it tries to boot up?

The DVR not in happy moment mode ;(, but i, yes .

 

Yes, on the screen popup H.264 logo, then beeping one time, than blank monitor.

It restart again and again... i curious what reboot button for, then after i click it,

i know what it is... A BLANK MONITOR..

 

The DVR working perfect before i click the REBOOT button.. wait, maybe i can make the

problem video.

So it was working fine until you hit the reboot button, or it only got to the boot logo? Does it have a harddrive in it? If so have you tried unplugging the drive? If it has a CMOS battery, you might try taking it out for a 15 minutes and try again as well.

It work fine before i hit the reboot button. Ok yakky, i try as you said first and look either it solve the problem.

Nope, it same... Here the video and datasheet, i no idea how to fix this. In the datasheet also not mention any thing about reboot..

Its almost as if you wiped the OS on the unit. I'm out of ideas, time to contact the seller!

I contact the seller, just wait answer from tech support. Any way, how do we load OS on the board? it that procedure need another hardware to load the OS or can use USB drive like install windows?
