DM Sprite 2 - No longer recording

Hi All, Hope I'm posting in the correct place.

 

we have a DM Sprite 2 which will no longer 'rewind' or play events. We can view all the cameras live but thats pretty much it.

 

Any suggestions on how we can get it up and running again?

Sounds like hard-drive failure to me. Check your setup manual on page 70 (your manual may vary) and select "Disk configuration". What does it show?

 

If you have an older model, go to page 19 (or so) and check "Total video storage". What does it show?
