I-View Stand alone DVR ?

Can anybody tell me good and bad points about this DVR please

The units that I have seen are honestly pretty good, and I-VIEW has one of the best remote functions available for any DVR that I have seen. Their main drawback is the video search, is generally useless and it is kinda of confusing at the beginning. Also to set their motion recording it's a little tricky, since you have to enable a schedule to run it.

 

It's not a bad system at all, one plus about it is that it now has three different compression methods, Wavelet, Mpeg4, and Mpeg4I, similar to geo's own mpeg4 format.
