i read in the forum someone mentioned a customer had bad time with sentry smartrack and had to removed. any idea how can I contact that customer?

If a problem with smarttrack then it would of been setup of sensors and that was a year or so ago

 

It's been make much better with pc setup rather than manual set of each sensor.
