digitecks 0 Posted June 17, 2015 hi im looking for some one with experience fixing heitel dvr, I have fitted a few of these transmitters and used to get technical help from martin finder , I believe he has moved on. one of the problems im having is no ptz from recorder, changed the 485 chip inside of the dvr but still no joy, done all the usual up dating software and so on, I have a few of these units so its in my interest to figure these faults an other is it not sending alarms even tho you can see the alarm change state on the screen compared and checked all the settings and alarm ip to monitoring station im quiet experience and done all you usual re setting rebooting up dating firmware and so on any help is most appreciated, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
