NetVision DVR Cards PTZ control problem

Looking for help or idea please

 

PTZ camera working fine ( tried Pelco and Korean brand)

I can set up presets and etc.....

but when we trying to use "AutoPan"

nothing happens

 

any idea ?

Hi ak357.

Actually,Some of the Speed Dome do not support the function of AUTO PAN .However ,we have thought out a solution to solve your problem about it. We have modified the software ,and when you execute the order of AutoPan,then it could make the camera turn left continuously (which is the same with the function of AutoPan)
