QVIS Viper NVR admin password reset

Hi

 

Trying set up super live app with qvis viper box, the admin password has never been changed since installed but the app is not recognising it, I have contacted QVIS directly but so no help, any help would be much appreciated

Hi. With the viper you can’t complete install until you change default password .... it does have a warning on password change on screen on startup. 
 

this is a good security feature to prevent nvr hack no default password on World Wide Web 

 

go into settings bottom left and then click on system.......on left you will see factory default under maintenance ....... then just follow screen instructions on restart
