caribbeanguy 0 Posted January 16, 2021 Good day, I'm currently using dahua dvr's in 3 different islands in the Caribbean. Recently I've been having issues viewing them when i'm traveling. It seems to work from certain countries and certain not, and it is the same from the app on my phone ( using IDMSS LITE). When i'm back in St Maarten they all seem to work though they are in different islands, when i was in the NY recently it didn't want to connect. Anyone having similar issues or can assist please? caribbeanguy 0 Posted January 17, 2021 Hi tomcctv, I will upgrade to gdmss plus and try it. i’m using cell and wifi. On my laptop I have the SmartPss software and the I have the same issue there as well. I’m able to view 2 dvrs in the Bahamas but my other systems in the other islands show offline.
