Ratingsecu seesoon wireless ip camera keeps changing views every second

My wireless ip ptz camera has worked fine for a couple of years but a few days ago it started cycling through different views every second ie. rotated upside down, mirrored, totally black, dark image, normal image then vivid/bright image.

I am still able to control and change everything through the software as normal on internet explorer eg. zoom, pan, reboot, change firmware etc.

So the camera is working normally apart from the view changing.

I've tried lots of reboots, resetting to factory default, anything else that might reset the camera like the reset button and two different firmwares.

 

This is the camera from ratingsecu who have been excellent for support, but I haven't got an email answer from them in the past few days.

My current camera is a replacement from them which is identical to the amazon one above, but it has "seesoon" instead of "Ratingsecu" printed on the casing.
