tintin1929 0 Posted December 28, 2021 Hi everyone! First time poster, glad to meet you and hope you can help. I've got my Hikvision 7216HUHI-F2 connected to several static cameras, in AHD, without issue. Indoor and outdoor, all work great with baluns over Cat6. About 2 years ago, I ordered 3 new PTZ dome cameras from eBay. Never got around to installing until today. They don't seem to be giving me any picture. I've checked: Baluns (tried several new ones Cabling Power (12v 2a .. and tried different power source) Tried on a different DVR (Hikvision HUHI7216-K2) ... nothing. Just can't get any video output from any of the 3 PTZ cameras. Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

tomcctv 187 Posted December 29, 2021 Hi. Do you know the resolution of your ahd cameras If you can ……remove all cameras from dvr and only plug 1 of your ahd into port 1 and see what you get on screen Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tintin1929 0 Posted December 30, 2021 Thanks for the suggestion. Tried it on port 1 alone (all others disconnected) and still nothing coming up. The PTZ cameras are supposed to be a 5mp camera according to the box. The other static ones I have are 5mp too (they're the ones that do work on both of my DVRs) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
