Our old digital recorder stopped working, so I bought a 2nd hand replacement exactly the same from ebay, my thinking was to replace the hard drive and set up the replacement, but the default passwords are not working. Does anyone have experience of this system on how to factory reset the digital recorder, as without access to the passwords, the box is useless. Thank you for reading.
