Linking Chinese wifi/ip cams to DAHUA NVR

Hi all!

I have 3 brands but very similar cameras, the typical Chinese rotating dome that connects to the cloud.

 

Is there a way to install a uniform software for all?  And can this software allow me to hook.them.up to a Dahua 16 channel.nvr?

Thanks Tom!   So far i´ve found that the cameras have to be ONVIF compatible in order to be able to hook them up to the NVR, and that you need the camera´s URL.    Main goal is to hook everything up to the NVR, but homogeneous firmware for all the cams would be nice too.
