You can’t disable any audio as it’s part of the user contract instead of buying something for security for your home … you now have phone tracking… web tracking on all your devices on the network …. Usually used for high security locations or on ships you would only need a dvr recorder to use that camera

Hi this is option is only available on a small amount of unit so it depends on what systems you have and how old also remember you will only get a sub stream for a dvr so image quality goes down a lot

Hi I would first do a full nvr reset to factory do this with all your cameras unplugged and nvr off the network then after the reset start to plug each camera back in then see what happends
