are you running 12v over 365ft ??? (110 meters) and at what amp is your power supply. ...... you should be 5amp or over for that distance

hi. when you formatted the drive did you do it on the dvr or PC

hi. now set your dvr time and date shut down then reconnect your HD restart go to settings then format and see if that works.

hi. 15 year old technology to work on modern phone lines is a problem by its self. i dont know what part of the world your in but most have gone from analog phone lines to digital. is there a reason why you cant go broadband ??? much cheaper than paying for every call your current unit makes

save your money. that card is crap junk and not from your country. that link is CIF only. look for D1 and dont use ebay. we have a problem in the UK at the moment with people buying poor systems and cards from ebay from china. it does not work or poor quality

hi. another way is if your have a cellphone contract see how much the samsung note is. you system will alway be on were ever you go.

specs / books / manuals dont mean much. and its not the way to buy a dvr. look at what you need it to do. q-see is not full D1 (Elite) if your looking to use apps q-see use generic apps (not there own) so your limited updates are slow getting to q-see website (q-see dont make the dvr) its know as a TVT. who make for q-see/swann/cmn/killer. dahua. updates are direct from there website so are the manuals. dedicated apps (with a brand new one out (have control or dvr) one thing about buying rebranded units is finding out who the makers is. you then have a few options for updates and firmare/software. an other to look at is the aver hybrids. again dedicated apps / direct links to downloads/ free ddns service. and in the same price range.

hi. i would delete your dyndns account and get your system working first on its external ip then once up and running then switch over to a ddns service

if you see anything as IPS or fields/p/s then your buying a poor system. ips and fps (fields per second) which is only half of a frame. 30 ips is only 15fps (frames per second) 30 fps (fields per second) is only 15 fps (you see this on the cheap china or ebay dvr) makes them look good

hi. look for 7fps to 15fps for each channel. at D1 7fps is ok for most setups

Hi. thats a 7-8 year old dvr. and you need client software to remote view. you might also find the software is no longer supported.

many DVRs are now 25/30fps D1 now. you are right 7fps D1 is good for most applications. but the link you have posted looks like D1 on 1 channel cif on the rest which is now a old format why buy something that is already out of date. but the spec also has sales crap > makes no sence.

BB can be a pain with any remote viewing. android or ios gives you much more control using a dahua l0oe-_7GTSA

hi. your still very unclear of what you need to do. you might be better explaining what it is you are doing and what for. at the moment it sounds like you want to record 16tv channels onto a 16 way dvr. if so you are still going to have big problems and cost not just for getting the video from each but sound is also going to be a big cost

hi, £108 you will just be buying junk that will not work if its for your shop look at wired systems. also in the uk you have to use a system that is fit for use if used in public. £420 will get you a good 4 way system with full internet viewing wireless or wired you still need to get cables to the cameras with wired you can do it with just 1 cable (for 4 cameras)
