no problem, but cant find the thread....

Anyone have experience with this
http://www.acti.com/product/detail/Bullet_Camera/TCM-1231
Potential client wants 3, they will be mounted, 2 on garage facing driveway and alleyway to backyard and 1 on side of house, lawn area.
My concern is the brickwork on driveway and alleyway reflecting back the IR. Cams will be mounted approx. 12' high. Client does not want box/enclosure with separate IR in these locations....
So how does this cam perform related to the IR, does it have any 'intelligent' system to adjust ir if someone gets close...?
Just looking for as much info as possible thanks

I'm currently looking into 2 options, but have no hands on withis equipment so looking for feedback
1. cnb bbb-24f box cam with this lens http://computarganz.com/product_view.cfm?product_id=530 , into either of these housings, with IR built into housing
http://www.2mcctv.com/index-VeiluxVCH619HBIR2.html
or
option 2. same cam and lens into a regular enclosure with separate IR from
CNB-MIR1000

Should I start a different thread for that question

Nice.
What do you guys think of a housing with built in IR? Or it is recommended to use a separate illuminator?

i go through about the same water, even more if i turn it up...
what mask do you use and whet length is your hose.... haha
do you have any problem with dryness?
-
Yes, every once in a while I do also...If I go anywhere with a higher altitude I have to adjust too...Just hate that my nose and throat is always dry
Yours doesn't have a humidifier?
Yes it does, but doesnt really do anything? Does yours?
I have this

with humidifier...
I think it happens because I'm using a 6' hose and my headgear is a nasal mask....not a full mask

Went for a sleep study last week. Here is the setup that was in my room. Vitek had some LED's out, and spent a while clicking when the room lights were first out. Can't seem to escape the cameras
They said this replaced a crappy bullet cam with built in IR.
How'd the study go?
When I had mine the doc called me 2 days later when he got the results and said get in here immediately for a cpap machine...you apnea 120 times a minute, which is every 30 seconds...

just sayin'
i spoke with mark at aver 2 days ago and he said will only support up to 1.3mp on the 3 channels if you put a 2mp cam on those channels you have to 'dial down the resolution'
Is that even possible on ip cams, can you change res.?

what the heck is the difference..?i ask because if you go here
http://www.cnbusa.com/en/html/product/product_list.php?maxx=1&midx=3
and look at the cnb bbn-24f vs the bbm-24f they both say d/n icr but the bbn-24f says tdn, not just d/n
any difference?
Yeah I just saw that....I think i've decided on the bbb-24f though
http://www.cnbusa.com/en/html/product/product.php?seqx_prod=1142

manual says first few ports will take up to 1.3 mp camera, last one will take 2.3mp, or something like that....
question is what happens if i connect a 2mp cam to the port they say is for 1.3mp?

Searching on this forum is really bad....numorous times I have searched for something only to have it come back with no results found. I have then seen the exact phrase I searched for in threads. I went so far as to coy from a thread and paste into search and still comes back with no results...
