Honestly, their DVR is not good, the image is bad. I think their DSP is not good, need to check what dsp they apply. You can try other brands from China like Tmvideo, their image quality is really good, philips DSP is applied, you can check their image through IE. Where is TMVideo products available for purchase? I've bought a few of their samples for personal use from their factory in China, DHL expressed, and it seems they don't have an office or distributor in local market. I'm Singapore, where are you? I've keep a sales's MSN for some aftersales questions, and it seems everything going fine till now, a beautiful and patient girl,,, I send a PM to you, you can check it!

  4. Hi, it's me here, I need a layout of a whole cctv solutions, I mean a layout material, it can be a picture, just a picture I think. A simple layout, it can be DVR or NVS related, with cameras, alarms(like buzzer or sensor), just the whole system layout,,, I think as a professional CCTV guy, you must have such layout material to show to your customer and propaganda for yourself,,, Thank you. Hikvision DVR; cannot PTZ remotely

So that's an issue of protocol, yes? I'm going to buy a new brand Standalone DVR(for home use), but there's too many brands in the market nowadays, how about Hikvision that you are using now? I have heard about TMvideo brand, do you know this?
