Well, it happened about a year ago, but don't worry, I'm not talking about you, techs are always so much different than the bosses on any company. Anyway, welcome to the board!! You are going to meet a bunch of great guys over here.

    What do you think.

Before you buy it, give me a few hours, I think that I can get it for you cheaper than that.

    What do you think.

Actually I've seen that camera work before, it's not bad, image quality is pretty good for the price, but it's not an exterior camera, price is resonable.
  6. Sorry Babe, too far from me I already asked for rory remembe?
  7. And people wonder why we call him the "EXPERT"
  8. Actually, at least over here, the Electric company owns them, but to answer your question, NO, if you get a written statement from the company to put up cameras, then you would be one lucky SOB. They are very very very strict when it comes to stuff like that going in their poles.

    630 Tv Line cameras

ADI has a 680 tvline camera, by samsung, but it's $2000 dealer cost, and it's not a dome, but a bank style. I'll find out the model number.

Well, the thing is that SONY sells their chipsets to other companies, just remember, When you buy an Acura, you are actually getting a Honda, and paying extra for the acura name. So it's the same concept
  12. Do you have cable internet? They block everything. If so, it's going to be a pain to get the software working, unless there's an option to change what port it uses for video.
  13. I found the actual manufacturer's website for the Bluenet video in Korea, when I saw the us address, I then understood that it was another intellicam setup. Then I dug deeper, and I found the actual company, here: http://www.ionixhit.com/product_2.htm Watch what I'm going to do, give me a month
  14. What's the good thing about mpeg 4? I have my mailbox full of offers by companies, mainly in taiwan and korea wanting to send me demos to distribute to the US. CAre to explain anyone?

Does anyone here knows anything about this company? I got their day/night camera in the other day, and let me tell you I was impressed, expecially with the prices that I paid for them. One thing that I did found out was that they supply OEM pieces to Honeywell, i when by the local ADI, and look at some of the Honeywell cameras, they are identical, even the set up menus, heck, even some of the boxes where the same, only difference, they had honeywell brand name on it. Let me know guys, thanks!

    Photronics

yeah, I got ALL their cameras in stock
  18. They look good, the prices are good, i mean, a color dome for $44 for dealers, but the problem is 6 monhts down the road, the cameras start to go bad, and they refused to change them, telling me that they only have a 30 day warranty even after the website says 1year.
