PoE based IR leds

Recommended Posts

Guest

Hi!

Have anyone seen any PoE based IR leds on the market?

Many IP cameras dont have IR leds and thereby is working only 50% of the time, I guess there is a limitations on how much power you can get on PoE so therfore many better/high power (CCD) cameras have a problem combining IR and CCD chip. So therefor I was wondering if anyone seen any PoE based IR leds:

Looking forward to the images. I have a Raymax 50 with the Axis 223M. Although marketed as a day/night camera, the 223M is not the greatest camera at night. The Raymax 50 is both attractive and functional, and made 223M passable for me.

Best,

Christopher

I`ll have some 5w IR, 3w, 5w IR LASER ,20w IR LASER a Rayled 50 and a extreme EX12 bit of a mix -making the control box at the moment

so far the Axis Q1755 is great at night if you get the settings spot on.

Interesting. Based on my experiences with the 223M, I had given up on Axis IP MP cameras for night use. Please be sure and include a walking subject night image.

Best,

Christopher
