lemike41 0 Posted September 29, 2011 Hello i need an encoder to monitor traffic and read licence plate, car arounds 50km/h, i tried an axis q241 but using 4cif resolution i have interlascement problems i need to find an encoder that would grab 4cif or D1 without those interlacing problems, i need 7.5fps/channel max your help would be appreciated Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
