TV out on a 6480 card

Just curious,

On my aver 6480 card, when I connect the "TV out" to a monitor.

is it normal for the camera id number to flash in the upper left corner?

Is there any way to shut that off? its really quite annoying!

Hi. John. no its not normal. but there are other settings you might need to look at.

 

with your problem is it flashing with the number of all cameras selected ??

Hi Tom,

Well now I feel like a complete idiot!

I just went and hooked up my TV monitor for the first time since I had that issue.

I had put this on the back burner till I got my internet issue resolved. Now its working fine.

Guess it would help if I checked first to be sure it was still happening before sending out an S.O.S.

Oh, just for update... since our last pm, I was still having problems getting connected online. some times

I could and sometimes I couldn't so, just for the fun of it, I

set up a free DYNDNS account and now its working fine!

I guess so, I had a terrible time trying to get on it, ans never could get it at my friends house. So, I suppose as long as it working

for me this way, you con go ahead and cancel the other one.
