Dahua NVR 3208 - Max viewing speed vs recording >>

Recommended Posts

Anyway to get the NVR to do viewing at higher fps then 60@fps. I don't mind that limitation for record but really want higher viewing fps.

I tried turning off record for a couple of channels but that didn't seem to work. I don't necessarily need to record all channels so have flexibility there if I somehow can get better viewing.

On a NVR, usually, recording = decoding... So you can't display realtime and record at any other FPS. (that's one of the differences from NTSC/PAL DVRs)

With Dahua NVR you can, you can set Main/Normal Stream to 30 FPS and Motion Stream to 15 FPS and set Schedule to Record Motion Stream and your live view will be the normal Stream.
