fertilebert 0 Posted October 23, 2013 Was in Maplins yesterday and eavesdropped on a conversation between a customer and sales assistant. Both of them were absolutely clueless, the customer was looking at a kit with absolutely no knowledge of what he wanted or what he was trying to achieve,other than the idea that he wanted cctv. The sales assistant was no better, giving false information about the expected quality of the kit . At the end of the day this guy is going to fail,fail and fail again when he comes to installation , and I would dearly love to be a fly on the wall if he ever even gets as far as trying to set up remote viewing. I thought to my self ,shall I give him a business card ? But then thought no , f@@k it , let him struggle , with his Pandora's box . One of the questions my customers want to know is why is your price more than I can get elsewhere?
