GV800 missing motion from main viewing screen

Recommended Posts

Just recently got my GV 800 system working on the setup below :-

P4 3.0Ghz, 800FSB, 2MB Cache / 64

ECS 915PL Mptherboard with Intel 915 chipset

512MB DDR400 RAM

80GB Primary HDD and 160GB Sata drive for CCTV storage

Nvidia 6500 PCI Express 256MB

Windows 2000 SP4

8 cameras

Problem : When you view the cameras on the main screen in the different modes that are available at bottom of the screen, i.e 1, 4, 8 camera views etc the motion on the main camera i.e the larger screen does not show, it is as if it remembers the last snapshot, When I switch that camera with another, motion starts but then the other camera only shows a snapshot. This is strange as the recording continues in the background with full motion....

Its a genuine card from a legitimate source and card appears to be genuine according to the geo fake card URL.

I will check the directx / interlace overlay and report back

I have this same problem.

I was using 6 cameras on my GV-900 card & when i added #7 suddenly the main image within the geovision application doesnt change (it just shows a still image), all other images look fine & remote view or web view looks perfect.

Strange stuff. I tried a reinstall & it still didnt help. oh well.

Do you have a link for that "geo fake card URL"?

I believe my Geo card is a real one, but I want to check it out.
