How would i connect 1 single camera to 2 dvrs, help

I would like to put a camera out on my driveway, i live in units and my neighbour would like to do the same i eant yo know if it was some how possible to have the 1 camera but connect it to both of our dvrs somehow woukd a bnc splitter suffice and how would that work in terms of who commands the camera and set up etc please help the crack heads next door keep stealing everyones stuff haha

Hi. Your simple solution is 1 dvr and 1 camera and if someone else wants to see camera they can use there phone or pad …. And you can view that way also
