What kind of camera is NASA using on the Space Shuttle?

This camera is aimed at the area between the shuttle, and the external fuel tank. This is so they can watch the foam that falls off.

If you watched the lift off on TV, then you saw the shuttle as it did a series of rolls. The bottom of the shuttle would go from direct lit sunlight to being in the complete shadow away from the sun.

This is a serious wide dynamic camera in action!!!!.

How come that "Goose" camera company cannot make a wireless camera without the interference that we saw from the video from the space shuttle?????? LOL!!!

Hey NASA!! NICE VIDEO!!!!!!!

How did they keep that bullet camera from wobbling during launch??

They must have used a vice grip to tighten the clamp!!!!!

I would laugh if it was a mini camera in an outdoor stainless enclosure!!

Hey Rory,

Thanks for that link to the story. This would be great to put in a showroom when customers are asking for these kind of products.
