This is a great idea, I think early fall after the kids return to school. Would be nice to meet everyone.

I think we should start from the basic classes and work our way up

I still take basic classes as we always find someone with a different way to do something.

Count me in if I'm not working. Interested in just about anything but would be most interested in small/hidden portable systems available to the public, PI's or executive security details. Also interested in learning more about home systems, seeing different camera demos and upcoming products.

I'd be open to volunteer my time trying to get distributors and manufacturers to sponsor the event with demos and possible prizes. Any hookups on travel arrangements for my time would also be handy.

 

I'd like to see some covert type installations done with choke points and what not.

If airfare was cheap without planning ahead or if I could teleport I could have made this weekend. I need to plan for the whole travel/vacay thing like you said previous. I'm down to cruise out to florida though. Florida summer, humid, hmmmmm.

I am in Melbourne which is near Cocoa which is near the place where they launch the space shuttle.

 

In case you did not know it Cocoa Beach is where they get chocolate fish for Shamu at Sea World.

 

You might recognize Cocoa Beach from the TV show "I dream of Jeanie".
