How much area it can view with 22X zoom Camera Completely zoomed-out.from a distance of 3000ft. How can we calculate it?

I am using AVP321 (AVTECH). you can check more info about camera on their website, it would be a great help if u can tell me abt it.

It would be a field of view of ~ 125.7 ft by 94.3. A human being is generally 6 ft x 2 ft. So a person would take up less then .1% of that image.

 

The 22x zoom refers the ratio of lens at it's widest to it's most narrow point. I find myself suspecting that you're trying do something in a more painful way then needed.

Oh anyway, I'd like to know what it is you're trying to see 3,000ft away as that's a great deal of distance.

Sorry Thomas u are taking whole area ratio I was taking only ratio for horisontal

What would you trying to be looking at 3000 ft. away? The digital should kick in by then at 3000 ft. What does everyone else think?
