IP camera with motiondetect onboard?

Recommended Posts

Is there any ip cameras on the market with the motiondetect builtin into to the camera. I´m talking just about professional cameras.

Like Arecont, Axis, IQeye, Acti and so on...

There you not using the software on NVR for the motiondetection and only the specific camera that sends the videostream to the NVR when there is som action in picture?

Not the networkscamera with builtin SD-card holder and so...

But also a software that could "talk" and handle that communication against the camera?

If you're looking for an ip camera with motion sense built in you may be looking at a price upward of 500 per camera. That may not be much to you but consider that you can get a regular ip camera for about 200 and software to run on your comp, with motion activated recording for up to 16 cameras, for about $30.

Just something to think about, if you havent already.

Ok, is there any megapixelcameras with this function then?

Why? To save bandwidth on a network?

A solution could be with the new standard H.264 just to saving bandwidth.

But when a camera indicates action in the "motion fields" it sends a video stream to the NVR, that just waiting for this signal and start recording.

Similar cameras like an Arecont AV2100 or better?

First of all, about the motion detection, as far as I know, more than 90% of the products, their features are motion detection built-in ip camera inside, rather than through software, as this higher accuracy, more timely response, if it is used Motion Detection software can produce false positives and delayed.

Our products is the case, H. 264 compression, 420TVL.480TVL.200 million pixels, you can, but only the basic functions of mobile detection, our products also offers mobile video monitoring capabilities, as long as you can install java mobile phone software.

In fact, the motion detection is simple function we are no longer used as an alarm signal, we have further to it as the basis of automatic tracking, the issue of when the time came, our camera immediately its velocity , sports track analysis, and camera movement as the basis.all of this is Built in camera
